We currently deliver to addresses in South Africa only. We do not have a physical store for collection.
Fees and timeframes
Delivery fees and the estimated delivery timeframe are shown or confirmed before you pay. Orders are dispatched after payment has cleared.
Tracking and receipt
Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched. Please check your parcel on delivery and report damage within 48 hours.
Late or failed delivery
If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund, as provided by ECTA section 46.
